By downloading, installing, or using the BeamControl mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

BeamControl LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeamControl for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

  • Install and use the app on your personal devices
  • Control your own electronic devices
  • Backup your settings locally

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app
  • Distribute or resell the app or premium features
  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass security measures

2. Premium Purchase

Premium features require a one-time payment of $9.99 USD (prices vary by region). Payment is processed by Apple/Google. Refunds are handled per their policies.

Premium Features Include:

  • Unlimited devices (vs. 3 in free version)
  • Ad-free experience
  • Cloud backup (optional)
  • Priority support
  • Access to future premium features

3. Advertising

The free version is supported by non-intrusive ads provided by Google AdMob. Upgrade to Premium to remove ads.

4. Device Compatibility

BeamControl works with most modern TVs with WiFi or Bluetooth. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices. Functionality may vary by manufacturer and model.

5. Disclaimer

BeamControl is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will:

  • Meet all your requirements
  • Be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
  • Be compatible with all devices

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeamControl LLC shall not be liable for any damages including:

  • Loss of data
  • Device damage
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (maximum $9.99 USD).

7. Intellectual Property

BeamControl and all its content, features and functionality are owned by BeamControl LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of BeamControl is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the app from all devices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will:

  • Post the updated Terms on this website (beamcontrol.dofast.app/terms.html)
  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
  • Notify users through the App when material changes are made

Important: Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at beamcontrol.dofast.app/terms.html.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
